After closing the New York International Independent Film and Video Festival, A Novel Romance was picked up by Entertainment One for domestic distribution and New Film has acquired the international rights. We’re really excited to see this film starring Steve Guttenberg, Shannon Elizabeth and Milena Govich moving forward. Read more here.

In other news, Studio 13 producer Thomas Sullivan has just opened up 116 Bar in the historic West Village. Home to poets, musicians and comics including Kerouac, Dylan and Cosby, 116′s future promises to be as interesting as its illustrious past. Check out what New York Magazine is saying!

NY Indie Fest to close with Studio 13′s feature, starring Steve Guttenberg A Novel Romance. Producer Morris S. CONGRATS to LUCA FANTINI!! for his Short Doc Oscar Nomination as cinematographer of Living for 32. “Living for 32 is an American story about guns, bullets, second amendment rights and what it is like to be shot and live through a massacre in a school classroom,” says director Kevin Breslin. Luca was also DP on Studio 13′s M’larky and we are excited to be working with him again soon on our new feature length film, Don Peyote.
